Where can I find Coaching Sessions on the mobile app?
You can find your Coaching Sessions by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Coaching Sessions.’
How do I view active Coaching Sessions?
To view active Coaching Sessions:
- Navigate to Coaching Sessions by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Coaching Sessions.’
- You will see a list of active Coaching Sessions.
- If there are no active sessions assigned to you, there will not be any active sessions listed.
- Each session will display the date it was created, coaching parameters, progress tracking, a coaching summary, and whether it’s marked as active or completed.
How do I view notes from my coach?
To view notes from your coach:
- Navigate to Coaching Sessions by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Coaching Sessions.’
- Select the Coaching Session you want to review.
- Select ‘Notes from Coach’ and view the notes.
How do I see completed Coaching Sessions?
To view completed Coaching Sessions:
- Navigate to Coaching Sessions by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Coaching Sessions.’
- You will see a list of completed Coaching Sessions.
Can Drivers with camera access view Coaching Session videos?
Yes! Drivers can open the Coaching Session of their choice to view all videos associated with that Coaching Session.
Where do Drivers see Trends and Alerts?
To view Trends and Alerts:
- Navigate to Coaching Sessions by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Coaching Sessions.’
- Select a session to view Trends and Alerts in that session.
